Hi, I'm Lisa Li. I'm a systems thinker who bridges strategy and execution to turn complex ideas into meaningful action. With experience across consulting, operations, and investing, I love thoughtful analysis, cross-functional execution, and have a deep curiosity about people and ideas shaping the future of society. In particular, I am drawn to work that builds community, unlocks human potential, and drives value in social impact sectors. I am currently pursuing an MBA at HBS where I've been exploring the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business.

In the recent past I have:

Supported the US CDC in scaling a nationwide COVID-19 testing platform during the pandemic

Collaborated with the UK Health Security Agency in designing a 30 year vision for biosecurity innovation
-
Advised biotech companies like Genentech and Biogen in commercializing life saving therapeutics
-
Trained as a nationally competitive springboard diver for 18 years with my Olympian father as my coach
-
Rallied friends to complete a 21 km Spartan race in Hawaii and a 23 mi day hike in the New Hampshire White Mountains

Some things I enjoy:
-
Bringing people together to work on social impact problems
-
Learning about cities and economic development through real estate
